Recharged from pool time, you head to the hotel's signature restaurant, STK Los Angeles which is helmed by renowned chef Robert Liberato. Your daughter is meeting you here for dinner, and she tells you she’s rubbed elbows with Courtney Cox and Mario Lopez here, so you’re on the lookout for potential celeb sightings. You catch up over juicy, darkly seared steaks from STK’s 1,000-degree broiler and an order of the decadent lobster mac & cheese as you take in the restaurant’s black-and-white motifs and glitzy surroundings. You’re having so much fun scoping out your well-heeled fellow diners and hearing about your daughter’s favorite art history class you order a round of ginger mojitos.
